We Solve Any Problem With a Gimbal

Your drone may experience gimbal errors. This may indicate the gimbal is experiencing abnormal vibration, its motor is overloaded or it's tilted unusually.

The best way to correct this is by adjusting settings other than by manually tilting. Here are a few errors and how to correct them.

• Gimbal abnormal tilt error: correct this by first adjusting the IMU setting on your DJI Go app. This should assist in automatic calibration.
• The motor is overloaded: investigate if there's anything that's preventing the motor's free movement. Then remove things like protective guards and third-party accessories that might have increased weight past the recommended level.
• Abnormal vibration: The first thing to check, is to inspect parts that are designed to minimize vibration like dampers, roll balls and vibration-absorbing boards. Also, check the propeller's conditions and if they're balanced.

• The gimbal not working: This may be due to faulty gimbal flex cables. We'll inspect the flex cable and all its points of connection to the pitch motor and roll motor. If the cable is defective or sockets see we'll replace them with new ones.
• The gimbal is unable to send the signal: This fault often arises due to defective signal transmission cables. We'll correct it by diagnosing its circuit board, power supply and other signal transmission cables.
• Gimbal is Knocked: This can be due to defects at the joints with roll ball or defective motor or motor flex cable. After inspecting the defect we can service or replace defective balls (they might have been moist or filled with dust) or replace flex motor cables.
