However before having a repair or total replacement as the case may be, first attempt to fix it by doing the following, clean the lens and laser of the camera for example by wiping with a clean cloth. Then restart it to give it a quick restart, clear the camera App's cache and update the App to see if it is the cause. Then use the camera in the safe mode to test it again.
